Punchy Cactus Frequently Ask Questions 

Punchy Cactus Boutique & Western Wear wants to make your western fashion shopping experience with us as easy and stress free as possible. Below is a list of the most common questions we are asked. What are your store hours? 

Sunday-Wednesday: Closed 

Thursday & Friday: 11-6 

Saturday: 10-2 


Do you offer Gift Cards? 

Yes we do offer gift cards! You can click here to get one. Gift cards are available in these amounts: $10, $25, $50, $100. If you would like an amount that isn't listed here. Please email us at punchycactusww@gmail.com or send us a message through our live chat. 

Gift card codes are issued through an email. If you would like a physical gift card please email or contact us through social media directly. Physical gift cards are 3.5 X 2.5 - standard matte - 17.5 pt thickness (like a business card). 

Gift card codes are redeemed at checkout. 


What are your Returns & Refunds policy? 


Store credit only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Punchy Cactus within 14 days of the delivery date for online orders or within 14 days of purchase date for in-store purchases or local pickup orders, with receipt and original tags attached. No returns on jewelry. No returns on sale merchandise. No returns on holiday items. No returns on hats. No returns on purses, bags, or wallets. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No items will be accepted with missing tags, makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, or items that are damaged.

You must notify us via email before you send your items back. Please include your full name, order number, item name, size of item, and if you are looking for store credit or an exchange for a different size.

If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or returned without notifying us you will be subject to a return shipping fee in addition to a $10.00 handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Health and personal care items 

Due to our fast turn on inventory we cannot guarantee a different size. If you have contacted us about the return and we have a different size in stock for you, you are responsible for watching and paying the shipping invoice in a timely manner. We will not hold items for you. After one week of the invoice being unpaid we will cancel and issue store credit for the item and deduct a $10 handling fee from your refund. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

If your item meets the criteria and you have notified us of the return via email please send your items to 





IF YOU PURCHASE A LASER ENGRAVED ITEM ALONG WITH OTHER ITEMS (FOR EXAMPLE CLOTHING) ALL ITEMS IN THAT PURCHASE ARE NON-RETURNABLE!!! This is due to the smell that will most likely transfer to the other items in the package. (This odor should wash out of all clothing items). 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at punchycactusww@gmail.com with a picture attached and send your item to Punchy Cactus LLC, 162 E High Street Hicksville Ohio 43526, United States. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 


Canceling Orders

This must be done before the order has shipped, once it has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel orders. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel, we charge a 20% handling fee. 


I placed an order but I want to change something. What do I do? 

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that we will be able to complete this request. If you ordered the wrong size please email us at punchycactusww@gmail.com. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped you will need to refer to the return and refund policy.   


I purchased an item that is now on sale. Now what? 

Unfortunately, Punchy Cactus is not responsible for refunding the customer any amount if an item is marked down. Items are subject to mark down at anytime, this is at the full discretion of Punchy Cactus.  

You may return your item for store credit but we cannot guarantee that your item will still be in stock once your return is processed. 


I placed an order and it never arrived. Now what? 


Here at Punchy Cactus we know that no one likes to wait for their new goodies to arrive so we try our best to ship items next business day, if the order is placed before 5pm. But it can take up to 5 business days to process your order. 

Shipping is free for orders over $75

For orders under $75 or for faster shipping times there are shipping upgrades available during the checkout process. 

Please note that those estimated shipping days are calculated by USPS and we cannot control delays in shipping from them,and trust us we get frustrated with them as well. 


Route package protection is automatically added to every order at checkout. This shipping insurance is very reasonably priced and protects both of us from both lost and stolen packages.

If shipped with Route Shipping Protection Punchy Cactus will send a replacement product, if available, or issue store credit for up to the insurance coverage amount. If you decide against purchasing shipping insurance Punchy Cactus is not responsible for lost package. If you feel as though your package has been lost and you shipped first class or turned off your shipping insurance please submit a claim to USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Punchy Cactus will not be held responsible. 

We are not responsible for orders in that which the customer provided an incorrect shipping address. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to Punchy Cactus LLC, 162 East High Street Hicksville Ohio 43526. Please see our return policy for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time Punchy Cactus does not ship internationally. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  



My item is damaged, what should I do?  

Oh no! Please email us at punchycactusww@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. 

When emailing us please include your name, order number, and a photo of the damage.  After we have received all of the following information we will reach out to you. 


Who do you ship through? 

Punchy Cactus ships all orders through the United States Postal Service. 


 Do you wholesale? 

At this time we do not wholesale.
